The I Twins Meeting at USP was held on November 11, 2016, in the auditorium of USP's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics.

The event was held at Instituto de Psicologia USP and included guests such as Chico and Paulo Caruso, creators of the Gemini Union, and the country singers Maiara and Maraisa, who covered the event for Fantástico.
